All domestic orders are being delivered within 24 hours after the purchase. We are pleased to offer free and fully insured same day shipping on all domestic orders and economical international shipment around the World.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
We are proud to offer secured shipping to over 60 countries around the world. All international orders are being shipped from Monday to Saturday. International shipments take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered.
Shipping cost : 700 AED (approx 190 USD).
Please not that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.
SHIPMENT TIMING:
All items listed on our website for purchase are in stock and ready to ship. For verified payments received prior to 4pm, we generally ship the same business day. Shipments go out Monday – Sunday, excluding holidays.
SHIPMENT PROCESS:
Your order will be inspected, securely packed, and shipped by UPS or Fedex or DHL. Orders can be shipped to your billing address.
SHIPPING TERMS:
All Global Ice shipments are fully insured and securely packed. A signature is required at the time of delivery or pick up.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and which do not go to Global Ice. In certain cases, customs officers may have the right to delay or deny the delivery of your package; we have no control over this, but we do reduce the likelihood of it happening by shipping with reliable international carriers like UPS and FedEx.
