We are proud to offer secured shipping to over 60 countries around the world. All international orders are being shipped from Monday to Saturday. International shipmentsΒ take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered.Β

SHIPMENT PROCESS:
Your order will be inspected, securely packed, and shipped by Fedex or DHL. Orders can be shipped to your billing address.
SHIPPING TERMS:
All Global Ice shipments are fully insured and securely packed. A signature is required at the time of delivery or pick up.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and which do not go to Global Ice.
